Directions

Transition Herbal Tea directions: 1-2 tbsp per 8oz. of water. Steep 15 minutes in hot water. Strain and sip!

Fire Cider directions: Swallow half the bottle in one gulp. Follow with a few sips of water to rinse your mouth. Shake well before using and refrigerate after opening.

Use within 5 days once opened. If unopened, use within 1 year.
